I had an excellent family outing at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful beachfront property and lush garden. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the staff provided a warm welcome. Unfortunately, my experience with the dining options was less remarkable, and I encountered issues with service at times. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some great moments, but there are areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the state of the facilities and service issues. While the location by the beach is lovely and the potential is there, the swimming pool experience was alarming, and the overall maintenance of the hotel needs significant improvement. The staff tried their best, but it feels like management needs to step up. It’s clear that the hotel isn't worth the price given the current condition and service shortcomings.
